 At 22° North, Pingtung, Taiwan was never meant to be part of this story.   
But a group of rebel farmers had a different vision.

Through grafting techniques, shade control, and fermentation innovations, they defied nature’s map and nurtured cacao trees on this unlikely land. 

What began as an agricultural experiment became a global surprise — winning awards on the international stage, and challenging everything we thought we knew about cacao.
